Voice recording
The voice recording is the operation of keeping a lasting trace of a voice in order to listen to it later. This recording is done by means of a dictaphone and often in professional and educational settings. Initially, voice recording devices used magnetic tapes and then cassettes and micro cassettes to save sounds. Later, the advent of digital media made it possible to miniaturize the dictaphones. Recording capacity and battery life have also improved with the arrival of flash memory, hard drives and removable memory cards. Since then, dictaphones have become more and more integrated into other devices. Now it's a common feature of mobile phones and devices like spy cameras or the SPY USB stick which are equipped with microphones.
The development of technology has notably revolutionized voice recording with more efficient microphones. Indeed, there are several kinds of microphones for each type of environment and voice sources. The omnidirectional, cardioid, supercardioid and two-way microphones are distinguished. But the real revolution remains the design of microphones equipped with ambient noise reduction technology. In particular, they guarantee a voice recording with minimal sound interference. The noise reduction function is very useful for spy ingeging equipment such as mini spy camera.
