Antenna
An antenna is a device that captures electromagnetic waves in the wireless space. It is a fundamental element in a radio system. Its performance is measured from several characteristics, namely frequencies of use, radiation diagram, antenna impedance, polarization, performance, maximum power tolerated in emission and clutter mechanical. These features directly affect the quality and scope of the device.
There are two types of antennas. The first is the transmitter that will emit electromagnetic wave radiation. This is particularly the case for mobile phone relay antennas, which form the basis of cellular networks. The signal transmitted by the broadcast airwaves can be a broadcast program, a remote control, a conversation or a computer data link. The second is the receiver whose function is to capture the waves.
Electromagnetic waves emitted and picked up are of many kinds. It can be a GSM, digital or radio wave. Devices with antennas therefore communicate via the waves, just like the wifi spy camera communicating with a smartphone that is ordered from the mobile app. The smartphone's antenna thus emits a wifi signal that the mini spy camera or theCamera clock Receives.
