Record a voice
Recording a voice refers to capturing a voice using a specific device similar to the Dictaphone. By extension, "voice" means discussion and/or conversation.

To record a voice, there are three categories available to the user. For optimal rendering, there is the dictaphone. Recording a voice with this device gives good results, because it was created in this effect. In fact, the dictaphone, at the beginning, refers to a "dictating device", a device supposed to replace the tiring and slow use of the typewriter of the time. For more controlled features, record a voice with digital recorders is in high demand. Recording a voice with a smartphone is also possible, thanks to dedicated apps. In addition, the latter two are available in a "spy" version to listen discreetly.
Legal appearance
Recording a voice without the consent of the person to whom it belongs is repressed by law. In France, the invasion of the privacy of others is stated by Article 226-1 of the Penal Code as " recording, recording or transmitting words spoken in private or confidential capacity without the author's consent ». This act is punishable by imprisonment (up to 8 months) and a high fine.
